ITMC Digital Experience Monitoring

DEM enables enterprises and service providers to efficiently identify issues impacting user productivity and address them. Experience monitoring allows you to:

As we approach the General Availability announcement, please find a preview of the packaging and pricing information. 

  • DEM Core: DEM Core leverages advanced AI and analytics to gain real-world digital experience insights. With DEM Core, you can monitor user experiences across the internet, WAN, and custom applications to ensure optimal performance. Key features include: ​Real User Data Monitoring, User/Site/Account Level Aggregations, and Socket Site Synthetic Probes.
  • DEM Pro: Added on top of DEM Core, DEM Pro leverages alerting and advanced troubleshooting capabilities to resolve endpoint issues fast and reduce mean time to ticket resolution (MTTmoR). Key features include ​Network Path Analysis, Proactive Alerts, User Synthetic Probes and Hardware Metrics, and UCaaS Integrations. DEM Pro will be priced per user per month and will apply to all knowledge users in the organization. Pricing table is below:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

ITMC’s NOC-as-a-Service

The ITMC Network Operations Centre as a Service (NOCaaS) is a value added-service focused on complementing any customer that would like to add new NOC service capabilities to their sites.

NOCaaS offers a dedicated team of expert engineers to provide network monitoring and troubleshooting services to help ensure every customer’s network runs at its best with maximized uptime and performance. ITMC’s NOC services are now available to leverage.  As a NOC solution, NOCaaS is inclusive of ILMM (Intelligent Last Mile Management) and HFM (Hands-Free Management) services.

  • NOCaaS is sold on a per-account basis, and not for selected sites. It is priced at $250 per-site-per-month or $10 per-mbps-per-month for Pooled Bandwidth.
  • NOCaaS is a supplement to our current value-add services powered by Cato Networks technology.  

The effective date of the above changes will be September 30th.
