ITMC’s NOC-as-a-Service The ITMC Network Operations Centre as a Service (NOCaaS) is a value added-service focused on complementing any customer that would like to add new NOC service capabilities to their sites. NOCaaS offers a dedicated team of expert engineers to provide network monitoring and troubleshooting services to help ensure every customer’s network runs at its best with maximized uptime and performance. ITMC’s NOC services are now available to leverage. As a NOC solution, NOCaaS is inclusive of ILMM (Intelligent Last Mile Management) and HFM (Hands-Free Management) services.
